JOB POSTING: RECEPTIONIST
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for providing support to the administrative and functional operation of the business development and lending activities of Community Futures Cedar Lake Region.
The Receptionist performs duties including, but not limited to, reception and clerical duties, maintaining filing systems, arranging Board meetings, arranging travel and assisting with administration.
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience, preferably within an office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, maintaining effectiveness and efficiency in varying circumstances
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- MUST possess a valid Manitoba driver’s license, with access to a reliable vehicle
Renumeration:
- Salary is $33,000.00 to $36,000.00 per year. (Based on 35hr work week)
