We are pleased to announce that on May 27 we will be working with SuccessionMatching to present the workshop - “Not-For-Profit Succession Planning”.  This workshop is perfect for any staff, executive, board or other volunteers that care about ensuring that community organizations continue to provide vital services. With the ageing demographics of volunteers and uncertainty caused by current market conditions, this workshop will help you assess the organization’s succession plan readiness, create a map of critical positions, and develop the human resources necessary to move forward.

Attendees will learn everything they need to know to start building out a succession plan for their Not-For-Profit. An expert from the SuccessionMatching team will walk them through important activities that will get them started in creating their plan and help them clearly identify their next steps.
