Community Futures Heartland offers many services to new entrepreneurs and existing business owners. We offer access to resource and research material as well as provide general management consulting. We assist clients in the development of their business plans and cash flow projections. Community Futures Heartland has business planning workbooks as well as cash flow templates for you to assist in the creation of your business plan. 

Financial Services

Once a business plan has been developed, Community Futures Heartland encourages clients to seek financing through traditional lenders. We can also provide lending to qualifying clients, in amounts up to $150,000. Our interest rate is set at a minimum of 6.5% dependant upon Clients qualifications at the time of signing the documents and is fixed for the term of the loan. Our repayment terms are set at a maximum of 5 years.
