This program provides support service and financial assistance to eligible, hopeful entrepreneurs. We give you the advice, training and support you need to transform your business dream into a reality.

This can include:

  • Individual coaching and consulting;
  • Training and support to develop business plans and entrepreneurial skills;
  • Referrals & introductions to organizations in the community

How does it work?

First, we have to determine if you are eligible to be a participant.

Please note that you must be able to contribute in some way towards the start-up costs of your business idea. This could be cash and /or items such as a personal computer or a vehicle.

You may not be eligible if you have already started a business on your own, or you have completed training or self-employment program in the last 5 years.

Even if you think you are not eligible, get in touch! We may be able to help,

The next step is an interview with one of our advisors.

We will discuss your business idea including the viability of your plan and your ability to operate it successfully. We will talk about challenges you can expect and determine what strengths you have to manage your business. We will be honest and direct.
