• Small Business Start Up Checklist - Our checklist walks you through Steps 1 to 10 on how to start a business in Manitoba, including website links and contact info to help you along the way. 
• Business Plan and Projected Cash Flow Assistance - Looking for assistance with a business plan and/or projected cash flow for your business start up or expansion? At CF Parkland, our office provides both business plan and cash flow templates, ready-to-go for you to start planning. While working on your business plan, feel free to submit it to our office for free reviews to provide recommendations and/or answer any questions you might have. The business plan does not need to be 100% complete to be sent in to us, it is common to review a few drafts of a business plan before its finalized. Once the business plan is complete, we would be happy to assist with developing cash flow projections!

• Buying or Selling a Business? - CF Parkland, along with our partners at Venture Connect are here to support rural business succession and transition for both buyers and sellers! List your business for sale on Venture Connect's website, utilize buyer/seller workbooks to ensure a successful business transition, access coaching support, and benefit from completing a free business valuation ($750 in value).
