2022 Entrepreneurship Grants Awarded

The Entrepreneurship Grant is intended to support business plans that contribute to promoting the success of young entrepreneurs, promoting the success of Indigenous entrepreneurs and promoting the Parkland.

  • Swan River Nursery School - $2,600 for playground expansion program

  • Integral Chartered Professional Accountant - $1,000 for Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) & Financial Literacy Program for New Canadians, Lower Income Individuals, Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners
  • Prairie Lake Lodge Property Owners Association - $2,000 for marina, public beach & recreation area development
  • Municipality of Roblin - $2,000 for Roblin Minor Baseball – Currey Park improvements
  • Municipality of Russell-Binscarth - $374.50 for Spear Lake Trout Fishery Site signage

2020 Entrepreneurship Grants Awarded

CF Parkland received funding to further support Indigenous entrepreneurs & entrepreneurs with disabilities applicants to our Entrepreneurship Grant. This funding was through CF Manitoba’s Indigenous Business Development Services program (IBDS) as well as the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities program (EDP).

In 2020, with the support of IBDS & EDP, we awarded $13,500 to entrepreneurs within our region
