Learning about financial literacy was a hot topic in Neepawa, MB on Wednesday January 24th as Community Futures Westman brought informational sessions to town. In partnership with the Town of Neepawa and Economic Development Officer Marilyn Crewe and Neepawa and Area Settlement Services, Pam Miller of MNP presented two sessions to a group of newcomers to Canada.

The sessions offered were Tips and Secrets Smart Canadian Know, as well as Building Wealth in Canada. The primarily Filipino attendees had a lot of questions that were addressed, and they are eagerly awaiting the next session being brought to Neepawa.
